LOS SIBERIANOS - 89420 Cd Madero

I love this place. They are next to the Regional Hospital, on the same sidewalk as Tacos Pacos. The taste is delicious, and although they offer other options and everything is rich, my usual selection (and what I recommend most) are the traditional toasts, both chicken and beef, served "with everything" (avocado, chicken, cream and carrots). The sauce is delicious, but it stings a lot (a few drops are enough). And the water of horchata (bottled) to accompany, is a good option. The place is small (fondita type) and usually very crowded always, but it is worth waiting a few minutes to sit down to eat there (as they are toast, to take sometimes do not last with the desired quality). Unfortunately, their schedules are not very accessible (they open late and close early) and every day they "run out", so if you do not arrive on time, even if you see it open, they no longer have the raw material to give you the service. I still do not understand why they do not buy more, to continue selling and extend the schedule, if they are very good and very sure that people would keep arriving. I would love also to open on Sundays (I do not understand why they rest on one of the most requested days). Even so, it deserves to make the effort to adapt to its availability and go to dinner. Delicious!

The toasts have a good flavor, but they are expensive for me because of their size, the sauces were delicious except for one that was more oil than anything. It doesn't seem to me that they sell carrots when in other places they have the plate for you to serve yourself to your liking

Very good service, somewhat delayed but it is due to the load of customers, their food is really very well prepared, pleasantly recommended!

The tostadas, the tacos and the tlalpeño broth from ? ? are very tasty.

The tostadas and tacos are very delicious, arrive with time, because there are days when you have to wait because it is full.
