S	Susana Guerrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general esta bien solo el cuarto tenia un olor a humedad en cuanto entramos y no se quito pronto, vi un animalito muerto en las sabanas y nos toco matar como 5 sancudos en un ratito. El hotel esta bonito o tiene un toque único pero quiero mencionar que por el precio si esperaba más higiene en la habitación. In general, it was fine, only the room had a musty smell as soon as we entered and it did not go away soon, I saw a dead animal in the sheets and we had to kill about 5 sancudos in a little while. The hotel is beautiful or has a unique touch but I want to mention that for the price if I expected more hygiene in the room.

Las fotos que publican son muy bonitas pero la realidad es que el hotel está muy descuidado y sucio, no había agua caliente, anuncian alberca pero no está en condiciones de uso, la tv no funcionaba, la tarifa es elevada para los servicios que ofrecen. Disappointing! The photos they publish are very nice but the reality is that the hotel is very neglected and dirty, there was no hot water, they advertise a pool but it is not in conditions of use, the TV did not work, the rate is high for the services they offer.

Son muy amables y atentos. The pool is too cold, apparently they were hardly going to give it maintenance, the room is fine, but many noises from other rooms are filtered. They are very friendly and helpful.

Las habitaciones están divinas y súper limpias, excelente opción para pasar el rato, los espacios comunes también son agradables y generan experiencias visuales y auditivas muy interesantes. Recomiendo totalmente el lugar, el personal muy amable y atento. It is an excellent place, the spaces are too cozy and I like them too much, everything is super nice, I recommend 10/10. The rooms are divine and super clean, an excellent option to hang out, the common spaces are also pleasant and generate very interesting visual and auditory experiences. I totally recommend the place, the staff are very friendly and attentive.
T	Tere B G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos tocó que hubo falla en el boiler y no pudimos hacer uso de jacuzzi y el agua si estaba fría en la mañana. Ofrecieron calentarnos cubeta con agua. Pero considero es importante esos problemas resolverlos a la brevedad. It happened to us that there was a failure in the boiler and we could not use the jacuzzi and the water if it was cold in the morning. They offered to heat us a bucket with water. But I think it is important to solve these problems as soon as possible.

Las habitaciones tienen paredes de tablaroca, hay cero privacidad, escuchaba las conversaciones de los huéspedes de a lado. El ventilador de techo rechina y hace mucho ruido, no hay mosquitero en todas las ventanas, no todo el tiempo hay agua caliente. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo I think there is no balance between quality and price. The rooms have drywall walls, there is zero privacy, I heard the conversations of the guests next door. The ceiling fan squeaks and makes a lot of noise, there are no mosquito nets on all the windows, there is not all the time there is hot water. I definitely do not recommend it
