En 1993, después de una larga carrera en la industria textil, se decidió a poner una pequeña parrilla argentina en la esquina de su fábrica, antes ubicada en Isabel la Católica y Eje 6 sur. En un asador con una barra y un par de mesas, invitaba a sus amigos a comer el asado de vez en cuando, para lo cual compraba carne de la mejor calidad. Cuando prendía la parrilla y ponía la carne, los peatones y vecinos se sentían atraídos por el aroma y preguntaban si podían sentarse a comer con ellos; él no dudo un segundo, pues era un comerciante nato, y los empezó a atender. Así, una parrilla al estilo argentino que comenzó con la idea de convivir con amigos y familia, pasó a convertirse en una pequeña fonda para los vecinos, peatones y trabajadores de la zona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es lo que esperaba de la cadena. Jugo de carne sin sabor y con falta de sal. Empanadas mal fritas (crudas) . A pesar que el servicio fue atento, la calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear por el precio.

El jugo de carne muy bueno y el asado de tira muy bueno.
La milanesa napolitana no cumplió mis expectativas, falta de sabor a pesar de que el plato es abundante. Tache para eso pero cuando regrese no la pediría. La sopa de tallarines, éstos muy blandos par ami gusto.
Otro punto a considerar son las salsas, son malas y no le agregan un sabor a los platillos. En general mi experiencia no fue al 100 , pero la de mi acopañante si.
Puntos a considerar para tener precio promedio por persona de $450. mis recomendaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del mesero súper mal, nos trajeron primero los guisados y después las entradas. Los aros de cebolla estaban quemados, nos los cambiaron y seguían quemados!!
Al momento de pedir la cuenta el mesero tardó años, cuando por fin la trajo pedimos la terminal para pagar y oh sorpresa solo tienen una!! Por lo que pasaron más de veinte minutos para poder pagar PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN
The attention of the waiter was super bad, they brought us the stews first and then the appetizers. The onion rings were burnt, they changed them and they were still burnt!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De acuerdo con mi experiencia en el lugar, les comento que es pequeño y cuenta con mesas en la parte de afuera del lugar, sin embargo no es recomendable ya que cómo está en viaducto el día que yo acudí hacía tremendo aire por supuesto que no acepté su propuesta de estar en esas mesas, el lo que se refiere a la carne en particular la que me dieron la solicite terminó medio y me la dieron Yam cocida que se sentía como cartón el corte no le gusto, en otros lugares ese corte es suave, como una empanada de carne nada rica se le tiene que quitar la orilla ya que está fea. La atención es buena.

Como no me gusta el cuero, el gordito de grasa en la carne el bistec es buena opción y tiene buen sabor.
Hemos comido:
- Taco de bistec deli
- Taco de bistec con queso deli, pero se manchan con el precio. 25 pesos mas por tantito queso
- Gringa de bistec deli. Mi favorito
- Taco de pastor muy rico
- Chicharrón de queso, básico nada sobresaliente pero rico
- Pastel de limón sabroso
Todos los tacos con copia. Una buena opción si estar harto de los tacos callejeros. Buena relación calidad, cantidad y precio.
Obvio mas caro que los callejeros pero aceptable.

Since I don't like leather, the thick fat in the steak is a good option and it tastes good.
We have eaten:
- Deli Steak Taco
- Deli cheese steak taco, but they tarnish with the price. 25 pesos more for a little cheese
- Gringa deli steak. My favorite
- Very rich shepherd's taco
- Cheese chicharrón, basic nothing outstanding but rich
- Tasty lemon cake
All tacos with copy. A good option if you are fed up with street tacos. Good quality, quantity and price ratio.
Obviously more expensive than the streets but acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fonda Argentina is really nice place for eating steaks, and so is this Taquería Fonda Argentina. Essentially the only difference is the Taco presentation, but besides that, everything is quite perfect.
Highly recommended although a little bit expensive!
