Las quesa-birrias me parecieron bastante buenas, así mismo, la carne en su jugo es muy sabrosa(mi favorito del lugar).
Lo que si no recomiendo son los "tacos ahogados" que son solo tortillas en salsa con un poco de (en el caso de que así lo pidas) carnitas por encima.
Para tomar refrescos y cerveza grupo Modelo.
El lugar está bastante agradable y tranquilo.

The quesa-birrias seemed quite good to me, likewise, the meat in its juice is very tasty (my favorite of the place).
What I don't recommend are the "drowned tacos" which are just tortillas in sauce with a little (if you ask) carnitas on top.
To drink soft drinks and beer Grupo Modelo.
The place is quite nice and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de un largo tour por Cholula y con mucha hambre, nos sentamos a comer en "Los Tapatíos". La calidad de los alimentos y el servicio fueron excelentes. El dueño del lugar con gran amabilidad y calidez, respondió todas nuestras preguntas sobre el menú. Se nota que es una persona que se esfuerza porque te lleves la mejor experiencia posible y eso se agradece mucho. El burrito de birria que probé estaba deliciosa y el agua de Horchata también. Los demás comensales también quedaron muy satisfechos.
¡Para rematar nos regalaron unos caballitos de Tequila al final de la comida! ¡Muchas gracias!

After a long tour of Cholula and very hungry, we sat down to eat at "Los Tapatíos". Food quality and service were excellent. The owner of the place with great kindness and warmth, answered all our questions about the menu. You can tell that he is a person who strives because you get the best possible experience and that is greatly appreciated. The birria burrito that I tried was delicious and the Horchata water as well. The other diners were also very satisfied.
To top it off they gave us some Tequila shots at the end of the meal! Thank you very much!
