Ampliamente recomendado Excelente atención (amables, aclaran todas las dudas y brindan recomendaciones) El carro que rentamos estaba en perfectas condiciones (tanto estética como funcionalmente) Los tramites de entrega y devolución de vehículos fueron muy rápidos

No lo recomiendo, sí es posible busquen otro lugar, te cobran por daños que ya tenía la unidad asen que le toman fotos como entregan el vehículo cuando te lo entregan y después dicen que los golpes no los tenía y y hacen cargos, cobran en efectivo y no dan comprobante

There was a bit of misunderstanding on the time we were arriving but I called them and they came for us to the airport. The car we booked was not available but they offered us a bigger car for the same price. They should improve communication with the client. In general it was a good experience renting with them.

The day i landed at the airport i got picked up by " Gerencio " when we got back to the location he rented me a ford figo that i didn't notice had a worn out tire from the inside so it was hard to tell. drove it for a hole week then the day before i had to turn it back it poped on me luckly it popped in front of a tire shop i paid to have it replaced with the spare and spoke to "Alejandro david" about the situation the young man i intitially spoke to before flying out here. The day i turned the car in they wanted to charge me 1,500 pesos in cash which i did t have for a tire that luckly didnt pop on us when we were on the highway i was with my wife and 2 kids. So they charged my credit card i had on hold with them "Alejandro david" ended up charging me 8,500 the opposite of what they were suppose to charge me. He said thats what they were going to return me little did i know thats what they ended up charging me 8500. When i got back to cali transaction went through as $426 i immediately called Gerencio said he charged me wrong and that they apologize for what happen and that they would try and fix the problem by calling their boss. Its been over 2 weeks and they kept giving me the run around telling me their boss had an emergency and what not. Anyways long story short i had to do a dispute. Just writing this review to prevent others from getting the short end of the stick be careful question everything and triple check. btw when you call and ask who your speaking with they avoid by telling you their name and by saying who do you want to speak with instead i thought that was suspect af never coming here again. Anyways other than that we had a great time in oaxaca
