★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever again! They told us that everything is covered by the insurance we paid for. At the end we had to pay for a flat tire which was not our fault. I would not recommend you to rent a car there!

The car was ready and it was the car selected. No surprise !
Quick to get the contract and professional checking of the car.
To give back, no problem and quick.
4 stars, not 5 because you have to give back the car with the same level of gaz. The easier for everybody is take full - give back full. Not with them so you generally, you give back the car with a level a bit highest so pay gaz for nothing. I hate that !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great mom and pop rental agency. The only thing I would change is their fuel tank policy. You’d think they would give you a full tank and then you return it the same, but no.
They give you the car with whatever gas it has and you need to return it the same. Other than that, pretty straight forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first car we tried had a broken radio but they told us it would work, so we exchanged the car ten minutes later and that radio didn’t work either. Also the customer service of the employee made us feel very unwelcome, which is contrary to all of our other experiences in this wonderful place.
