Nuestra experiencia en general fue mala. Este es el segundo restaurante de bbq que visitamos y para nada comparado al anterior, pedimos costillas y la carne estaba dura, no se notaba el ahumado, los sides carecían de sabor y para colmo la cerveza parecía rebajada. Hay mejores bbq joints en la ciudad.
Our overall experience was bad. This is the second bbq restaurant we visited and nothing compared to the previous one, we ordered ribs and the meat was tough, the smoke was not noticeable, the sides were lacking in flavor and to top it off the beer seemed lowered. There are better bbq joints in town.

La comida tenia muy buen sabor, se ordenaron casi todos los platillos del menú, y todos comentaron que era rico. Mi comida estaba calientita, y bien servida, un detalle que pude notar fue la atención la cual creo que podría mejorar y lo único que si causo gran molestia y lamentablemente leí en otros comentarios es que se les acaban las cosas xd quisieron pedir limonada y no había, y por otro lado se acabó el brisket y dos platillos no se pudieron hacer por ese detalle... En cuanto a costos o porciones, difiero a los que se quejan, ese tipo de platillos por sus ingredientes y demás son caros, y en general la plaza tiene establecimientos con ese rango de precios, si busca un platillo menor a $100 vaya a comer a otro lado definitivo :P
The food tasted great, nearly every item on the menu was ordered, and everyone commented that it was tasty. My food was warm, and well served, a detail that I could notice was the attention which I think could be improved and the only thing that caused a great annoyance and unfortunately I read in other comments is that they ran out of things xd they wanted to order lemonade and not there was, and on the other hand the brisket ran out and two dishes could not be made because of that detail... In terms of costs or portions, I differ from those who complain, these types of dishes are expensive due to their ingredients and others, and in general the plaza has establishments with that price range, if you are looking for a dish under $100, go eat at definitive other side :P

Lo bueno; el lugar y la plaza en si esta padre, la atención buena, vi que era 2x1 la Cheve. Lo malo; todo helado, no frío, helado, el brisket para pasar”16 horas” ahumando estaba crudote, igual las costillas, el pulled pork ya olía raro , las alitas y el puré era lo único rescatable, todos los empleados detrás de la barra comiendo, los mismos empleados que manejan tu comida, un par de ellos ahí besándose, comprendo que a la mejor es lugar chico no hay área de empleados pero tampoco uno como comensal quiere estar viendo ahí al cocinero comiendo y entrando a seguir sirviendo con el mismo guante. Vi un pedido para llevar calentado en bolsita también. De lo que pedí deje el brisket el pulled pork y la costilla no estaba mala solo le faltaba cocción. Igual los elotes bastante fríos. Hay mucho potencial, y al ver las buenas reseñas quiero pensar que era una mala noche, y usualmente le hubiera comentado al encargado pero al ver los empleados supuse que no estaba presente.

The bad; all ice cream, not cold, ice cream, the brisket to spend "16 hours" smoking was raw, even the ribs, the pulled pork already smelled strange, the wings and the puree were the only redeemable, all the employees behind the bar eating, The same employees who handle your food, a couple of them there kissing, I understand that maybe it is a small place there is no employee area but neither one as a diner wants to be seeing the cook there eating and entering to continue serving with the same glove. I saw an order to go warmed in a sachet too. From what I ordered, leave the brisket the pulled pork and the rib was not bad, it just lacked cooking. Even the corn is quite cold. There is a lot of potential, and looking at the good reviews I want to think it was a bad night, and usually I would have told the manager but looking at the employees I assumed he was not present.

En comparación del precio por servicio quedan a deber, la porción es mínima, llegó muy fría la comida, ya no tenían pan ni puré, que eso no debe pasar en ningún restaurante. El servicio regular, ya no regresan a la mesa para ver qué se te ofrece, el concepto es bueno pero si les falta corregir más detalles.
Compared to the price for service, they are a duty, the portion is minimal, the food arrived very cold, they no longer had bread or puree, which should not happen in any restaurant. The regular service, they no longer return to the table to see what is offered to you, the concept is good but if they need to correct more details.

Food was great, waitress very attentive. Go early for full menu as some items are sold out. Owner explained that his smoker only holds a certain amount of meat. The corn is typical of Mexico, not as sweet as in the states. Liter mugs of Indio.

Corn & Bread are Bad. Ribs are good & Fries. Makes me feel I’m back home, Nice for a change while I been here in Mexico. If they could work on the sides then it would be amazing, maybe they will get it right. Corn bread? Well it’s Mexico and not many Bbq foodies.
