★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable pero... como siempre existe un pero, el servicio es pésimo, la dueña es muy mala organizando eventos y sus meseros que tiene a su cargo son gente de lo peor ya que no tienen ni idea de lo que es atender adecuadamente a la gente y cuando se les reclama se echan la culpa unos a otros... por ese motivo no lo recomiendo y mejor evitense corajes con gente no capacitada.
 The place is nice but ... as there is always a but, the service is terrible, the owner is very bad at organizing events and her waiters who are in charge of them are the worst people since they have no idea what it is to attend appropriately to people and when they are claimed they blame each other ... for that reason I do not recommend it and better avoid anger with untrained people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lástima de salón, esta bonito pero el servicio y la organización es pésima, los meseros son muy groseros, se hechan la culpa entre la encargada y los meseros, la organización es mala, tiene uno que estar sobre ellos para que se apliquen. Cuando hace uno el contrato todo lo pintan muy bonito pero a la hora del evento el servicio no es como lo prometen. Honestamente yo no lo recomiendo. Ademas cuando sobran platillos por los invitados que no llegan, aunque ya esten pagados no los devuelven, al contrario te quieren cobrar mas platillos. También el D.J. que trabaja con el salón es un asco, no cumple con el paquete que se le paga, su sonido es pésimo y no pone la música que se le solicita, ni parece D.J.
Too bad about the room, it's beautiful but the service and organization is terrible, the servers are very rude, they blame themselves between the manager and the waiters, the organization is bad, you have to be on top of them for them to apply. When you make the contract, everything looks very nice but at the time of the event the service is not as promised. I honestly do not recommend it. Also when there are dishes left over by the guests who do not arrive, although they are already paid, they do not return them, on the contrary they want to charge you more dishes. Also the D.J. who works with the salon is disgusting, he does not comply with the package that he is paid, his sound is terrible and he does not play the music that is requested, nor does it seem D.J.
