Everything is great, super safe, nice houses etc. But ...... in rainy seasons it FLOODS !!!! And this is year after year. I wish they could fix that, because it does not do any good to make such beautiful houses and such a father concept if we are going to live underwater.

Beautiful to live

At first there is nothing, no transport. Little by little the water quality has improved. However, the number of children exceeds the capacity for schools. The houses are generic, the low investment in materials is noticeable. There are 3 types of houses: mini, medium and corner. All of them with the option to extend to the backyard or garage. Something that I liked is that street vendors, flea markets, small shops, cyber, etc. are not allowed. How it happens in other subdivisions and a residential utopia is preserved. Another nice point is that each private has its own court, games with space for recreation and in mine a small Skatepark. Most of the neighbors are from other states and, like everything, some are friendly, others not so much but you can live together. An important point is that some maintenance is charged and if it is owed because they do not clean your entrance, you have to get off to open the saguan and I do not know what other services. On the outside, the road has space for two cars and a bike path, which the part that goes to San Alfonso should already be repaired in both directions, there are drivers and the same workers who are building cavalta do not respect it and as there are no longer reflectors or green paint they throw your car at you.
