★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication setting up my stay was not the issue. The issue was when we got there. There was no assistance until PM. So if I needed to get up I had to scream for someone to hear me. There was one sweet lady there the cook but was downstairs. The rooms are upstairs. They need to invest in a call button so when patients need help they can be heard.
