This is a wonderful therapy. Jade was able to assess where and how my body was out of alignment. The technique was not intrusive or uncomfortable. The result was that I started feeling better almost immediately and continued to improve over several days. I am convinced I am healthier now because of this therapy.

I am vacationing in Bucarias from MN and met Jade at the market in LaCruz. I have chronic knee pain, very stiff neck and have an autoimmune disease. I have visited Jade 5 times and she is the most amazing. Each session is about an hour and a half and she checks various areas on your body and goes up each spinal section to determine where pain is. It is so relaxing and has made me tired when I get home, sometimes sleeping 5-6 hours. She has said that my body needs the rest to heal. I wish I could take her back to MN with me. I am going to try and find similar therapy in MN when I return as I feel so good from seeing Jade! She is so sweet and so gentle and always checks up to see how you are doing after treatments! Absolutely the best, highly recommended! I sleep better at night and my pain has considerably subsided! Thank you Jade!

Jade's techniques are gentle and very effective. Her approach treats the root of the problems, in my case misalignment of the spine. She was able to assess and target issues I've had for many years, and as a result I feel much better. She is very informative, following up after each session to provide helpful information. Jade is highly intuitive and compassionate. The time with her was well spent and I feel as if she will be part of my practitioner self care foundation. She checked on me after the session to see what I had experienced and let me know typical reactions to the modalities she uses. She was correct as about 3 days after, I did have an emotional healing reaction but managed it knowing it might occur.
