★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mariana its the best sales person but everybody else suck especially the manager and. Argentine guy he thinks he is god and the other employees are entitled people they feel they are above everybody. They are nice with people looks turist and people they know but not with people doesnt look rich. I visited many LV stores and this is by far the worst. Go and expend your money somewhere else were they treat you withmore respect not with a bunch of cocky people that probably never in their life will be able to.pay for any at the LV store without discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Nice and very helpful. They should really go to the palacio de hierro store to tech them a thing or two about customer service. Great shopping with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY MADE MY DAUGHTER CRY !!! Went in with my 13 year daughter dress kind of sporty, to buy my self some sneakers , t-shirts for our coming trip to Playa Del Carmen and buy the wife a gift . When I got to the door they assigned a store sales rep that” asked what do you want? “ then he directed us upstairs ! He didn’t follow instead they sent a security guard who was on me like if she was trumps border patrol. I kept my cool and then asked for sales associate to assist me to the security guard to see if they will calm down with judging and making my daughter feel uncomfortable. The security guard kept following my daughter while I was speaking to the sales rep like a middle line backer ! The sales rep was
actually being nice and had exactly what I wanted so I told my daughter to please go to the women’s section to see something for mom or her self to see if the security guard will drop her guard a bit but NO she came back with tears saying they were following her and talking about her (they thought she didn’t know English ). I’ve been to plenty high end stores in Europe (Paris / Rome / Milan / Barcelona / Shanghai / NYC / Westchester NY ) and other Asia never felt so judged and mistreated . I’m complaining to Corporate and releasing video to social media ! This was like the Starbucks incident

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to express how incredibly horrified I was with the discrimination experienced at this specific store. My friends and I were going to make a sandal and wallet purchase and we were immediately received with deprecatory remarks from your security staff & team. One of the younger gentleman at the entrance made a poor comment prior to opening the door for us during a pouring afternoon in Mexico City.
The judgement was clearly a derivative of the casual/informal attire that we were wearing. The doorman security let us stand in the pouring rain for about a minute prior to opening the door. Moments before opening the door he proceeds to chuckle with his colleague and says to him out loud in Spanish “well these are our clients, right? haha” He might’ve assumed that we didn’t hear them but they were very loud and as a bilingual native speaker I was well aware of the derogatory comment. Then while we are looking through the store selection they proceed to begin to follow us all around the store while the staff are texting and laughing while also clearly talking about us through their walkies. They made assumptions of what we were able to purchase/afford based on our appearance and this made us feel extremely uncomfortable, offended, and disrespected. As an LV portfolio holder, I’d expect much better treatment. I decided not to order a pair of sandals because the store was not deserving of the recording of the net sale and retailer commission that they’d be entitled for all purchases. These staff need to understand that this behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
