I love the altruistic mission this veterinary hospital has with rescue animals in our city. The issues they have are more about logistics. Parking is extremely limited and being located in the city's center it gets very, very busy!!! Their scheduled appointment system is frustrating because you schedule an apoointment, get there on time but they also have a list of first come first serve, so last time I went to my appointment I arrived on time, actually 10 minutes early, and they told me to write my name on the list. I was received 2 hours after my scheduled appointment!! The waiting room is small and it gets really cramped with all the waiting appointments and walk-ins, I personally was very afraid, the whole two hours, that any of the other dogs could have some contagious illness because of the proximity we had with all the other people and their pets. They do have an exterior waiting area but its open to the elements, very uncomfortable and scary for sick animals because trafic, constant big buses, pass very very close, of course, you are also very afraid that because you are outside they will skip your place in line and have to wait even longer!!!
