Pam tiene mucha paciencia y va a elegir ejercicios para el nivel de cada persona, siguiendo tu evolución y apoyándote. Recomiendo si o si!!! Beautiful place with beautiful people. M	Mariela Robledo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst experience, it smelled like feet. We weren’t made aware of the proper attire needed until we arrived, in other words too late! We were offered knee pads that smelled horrible, were not washed probably ever. No beverages (water) offered or near sight. It was extremely hot and humid. The “warm up” lasted long, I feel like I signed up for an exercise class not a pole class. Some of the girls felt like passing out due to the temperature and the smell, so we cut the class short and they still charged us the whole amount for the class. Keep in mind some of the girls never even participated just watched. Don’t waste your money here!!!!
