They were able to more precisely give me the exact color and cut I was seeking, and my stylist, Angie, was so easy to talk to. I felt very welcome there. I came back later to buy hairspray, and I seriously like the spray better than anything I've used in the States. Lasted all day with no obnoxious smell.
