Llevé varias veces a bañar a mis 3 perritos y en el último servicio (que fue gratis por haber acumulado 5 baños en su programa de fidelidad) dieron un servicio muy malo, dejando a uno de ellos muy húmedo. Esta humedad resultó en una lesión en su piel, de la cuál me percaté dos semanas después, cuando se le cayó el pelo y la herida quedó expuesta. Cuando fui a ver si podían revisarlo o hacer algo, la chava que siempre me había atendido de buena forma ni siquiera preguntó cómo estaba ni se interesó en el tema. Nos pasó con la "doctora" a que lo viera, quien nos atendió de muy mal modo, siendo muy prepotente y dándoselas de ser una eminencia en la materia cuando se nota a leguas que es una recién egresada de 25 años a lo mucho. Esperaba que tuvieran un mejor trato o se hicieran responsables de la lesión. I had a very bad experience with your bathroom service. La verdad seguimos con ellas por el servicio a domicilio y porque tenían una promoción, pero no son buenas en baños, ni amables. Hasta el punto en que me entregaron húmedo a uno de ellos, provocando una herida por humedad de la que no se hicieron responsables, incluso fueron despotas. Su baño literal sólo es agua y jabón, pero no hacen nada más. Cero recomendables. The worst experience of my life. I've been sending my dogs for a couple of months where we gave them basic feedback, but they really didn't fit. The truth is that we continue with them for home delivery and because they had a promotion, but they are not good at bathrooms, nor are they friendly. To the point where they handed me wet to one of them, causing a wet wound for which they were not responsible, they were even despotic. Their literal bath is just soap and water, but they don't do anything else. Zero recommended.

Aceituna sale super contenta después de su baño y oliendo rico, disfruta mucho las visitas y las consultas con el personal. ¡Super recomendado! Cuentan con servicio de Guardería de horas o días (con esquema de vacunación completa); veterinaria, vacunas, venta de croquetas, sobres y algunos souvenires, además baño y el limado seria a mano. Los tratan como si fuesen sus mascotas. Servicio económico. Mi mascota cuando me la quiero traer no se quiere ni venir.
