★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy terriblemente decepcionado del trato pésimo, altanero y grosero del supuesto dueño de esta empresa. Un viejo pelón. Jamás llevaré otro auto a ese taller. Me querían ver cara de su menso y ellos se ofendieron por que quería poner piezas de otro lado y no las suyas. Nos hicimos de palabras, no me hizo nada de reparación y por solo checar el auto, me cobro carisimo.
I am terribly disappointed in the lousy, haughty and rude treatment of the supposed owner of this company. An old baldhead. I will never take another car to that shop. They wanted to see the face of their fool and they were offended because I wanted to put pieces from somewhere else and not theirs. We made up our minds, he did not do anything to repair me and for just checking the car, he charged me dearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por recomendación para checar la marcha y el voltaje del alternador de mi carro. Les pedí amablemente solo que hicieran eso. Resultó que como les había dicho que ya había checando la marcha hace 2 meses y estaba bien, no checaron eso. Y comentan que para cotizarme lo del alternador, sacaron y desmantelaron el alternador. Cuando yo nisiquiera quería que me lo reparará ni nada.Solo quería que checaran el voltaje para saber si fallaba o no por que ya habia comprado el alternador por otro lado. Ahora me cobran extra por del desmontaje del alternador y me comentan que ellos no hacen "trabajos por solo mano de obra" sino por reparación y reconstrucción de mi alternador con sus mismas piezas, cosa que me sale mas barato incluso comprando toda la pieza nueva . A mi opinión, siento que como ya tenían mi camioneta ahí, buscaron excusas para cobrarme de mas por ser mujer.
No digo que trabajen mal, solo que si hubieran empezado por decirme que "la cotización" hiba va a generar un costo adicional a lo que me habían dicho ($450 es lo que me dijeron que costaria para checarla) desde un principio hubiera dicho que no. (Cosa que desde el inicio les pedí, que no tocarán el alternador) Pero, no. Solo lo abrieron, cotizaron y ahora tengo que pagar $700, cuando todo sigue igual. Por que, estoy segura que la marcha sigue con el problema por que para encender la camioneta, golpeó la marcha y enciende. Ahora, tengo que pedir grúa para sacarla y llevarla al otro taller.
I went on recommendation to check the gear and voltage of my car's alternator. I kindly asked them just to do that. Now they charge me extra for the disassembly of the alternator and they tell me that they do not do "jobs for labor only" but for the repair and reconstruction of my alternator with the same parts, which is cheaper even if I buy the whole part new. In my opinion, I feel that since they already had my truck there, they looked for excuses to charge me more for being a woman.
I'm not saying they work badly, just that if they had started by telling me that "the quote" was going to generate an additional cost to what they had told me ($450 is what they told me it would cost to check it) from the beginning I would have said no . (Which I asked from the beginning, that they will not touch the alternator) But, no. They just opened it, quoted and now I have to pay $700, when everything is the same. Because, I'm sure the gear still has the problem because to start the truck, hit the gear and start. Now, I have to request a crane to remove it and take it to the other workshop.
