★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la atención del gerente o encargado de administrativo, fue bastante prepotente, déspota y grosera, y encima de eso, me cobraron el servicio de revisión siendo que era parte de la garantía, argumentando que ese servicio de revisión no era parte de la garantía, y lo peor, es que la batería que llevé a revisión, según ellos estaba en buen estado y no quisieron cambiarme el producto pues la batería sigue dañada y sigue tirando ácido. Lástima que no puedo ponerle una calificación menor. ???
Terrible service, the attention of the manager or administrative manager, was quite arrogant, despotic and rude, and on top of that, they charged me for the revision service being that it was part of the guarantee, arguing that this revision service was not part of the warranty, and the worst thing is that the battery that I took for inspection, according to them was in good condition and they did not want to change the product because the battery is still damaged and continues to leak acid. Too bad I can't give it a lower rating. ???
