★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé una chamarra Tommy para tintorería simple...y me la devolvieron sin servicio y con manchas de pintura blanca..se negaron a pagarmela y el sujeto del mostrador se desentendió del tema. NO LO RECOMIENDO NI DE BROMA!
I brought a simple dry cleaning Tommy jacket ... and it was returned to me without service and stained with white paint ... they refused to pay me and the guy at the counter ignored the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT OR JOKE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMIENDO EL SERVICIO DE ESTA EMPRESA, Me echaron a perder una cortina doble de la sala , trataron de reparar el daño sin embargo quedó peor el remedio y a pesar de ello todavía me cobraron. Y del trato y mal genio de la srita encargada ni hablar. Pésimo su servicio tardaron mas de 1 mes en estregarme la cortina y solo la lleve a lavado.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY, They spoiled a double curtain in the room, they tried to repair the damage, however the remedy was worse and despite that they still charged me. And the treatment and bad temper of the lady in charge not to mention. Their service was terrible, they took more than 1 month to scrub the curtain and I just took it to the wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me echaron a perder un edredón nuevo, era la primera lavada. Me lo regresaron con todo el relleno destrozado y compactado. Además lo rompieron de una costura. Espero que respondan ante el reclamo que haré.
UPDATE: Intentaron arreglar el problema, aceptando el error y considerando llegar a un trato. Después de una semana decidieron pagarme el edredón, llevé los accesorios y la bolsa donde venía todo. Me pagaron en efectivo.
They spoiled a new comforter for me, it was the first wash. They returned it to me with all the filling destroyed and compacted. They also ripped it from a seam. I hope they respond to the claim I will make.
UPDATE: They tried to fix the problem, accepting the bug and considering making a deal. After a week they decided to pay me for the quilt, I took the accessories and the bag where everything came. They paid me in cash.
