Excellent service. They see you at the Guadalajara airport and give you your car in just minutes. They are fair with what they charge you and do not come up with surprises.

Al principio dudamos un poco ya que la oficina esta fuera del aeropuerto, pero Luis fue muy amable y nos dio mucha confianza. Nos recogió en el aeropuerto y nos llevo a la oficina sin ningún costo. El carro funcionó perfecto y no tuvimos ningún problema. Super recomendable!
Excellent service and customer service as well as an excellent price !! At first we were a bit hesitant since the office is outside the airport, but Luis was very kind and gave us a lot of confidence. He picked us up at the airport and took us to the office at no cost. The car worked perfectly and we had no problems. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever rent a car from this place. They rented us a car that had bad tires and we got a flat tire. Then they charged us first the tire replacement. They gave us a different car and then that one broke down and they tried to charge us for the belt in the engine that broke They gave us 2 bad cars and tried to charge us for them. They are a bad business. Do not take a chance on this business
