Le dijimos que si no tenia más y nada mas dijo haya atrás y siguió aplastada. Terrible service, you come in and they turn to see you and nobody pays any attention to you, a girl finally attended us, she showed us some and went and sat at her desk to see her cell phone. Les marco para ir a recogerlo y obviamente jamás contestan sus teléfonos ! Pésimo servicio !! They never answer the phone! La primera vez por que nos entregaron piso de exhibición mezclado con el de primera (desportillado y con pegamento al reverso) y la segunda vez que fuimos nos entregaron un modelo de piso incorrecto (un numero de color distinto) todo esto nos ocasionó un retraso en el trabajo de remodelación. Creo que los precios no son como para dejar pasar estos detalles, paga uno precio de primera por mercancía de primera y un buen servicio. Si van a comprar aquí, extremen precauciones y no confíen en lo que les están dando por que no tienen un buen control y desgraciadamente esto se resume a trabajo extra para el consumidor por que ellos no hicieron bien su trabajo. They have very nice floors. But a terrible delivery service and control of your warehouse, twice we had to turn around. The first time they gave us an exhibition floor mixed with the first one (chipped and with glue on the back) and the second time we went they gave us an incorrect floor model (a different color number) all this caused us a delay in remodeling work. I think the prices are not like to pass up these details, pay a first price for first class merchandise and good service. If you are going to buy here, take extreme precautions and do not trust what you are giving them because they do not have good control and unfortunately this is added to extra work for the consumer because they did not do their job well.
