★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, en ninguna sucursal te cobran el empaque para llevar, ni tampoco pierdes la promoción del 2*1 por pedir para llevar, los empleados son muy groseros, no especifican nada y nos cobraron el sushi normal cuando es miércoles, cuando les dijimos que ya no queríamos nada, nos dijeron que no podíamos, que porque ya habíamos ordenado, no habían preparado nada, el mesero se apuro a sacar el ticket para decirnos que lo auditan, y que se mete en problemas si saca un ticket y no se cobra, pero está mil veces más rico en Sullivan, más limpio y respetan las promociones, y nada que ver los empleados de groseros y abusivos, además es la segunda vez que los rollos no nos tocan completos, no les ponen todo lo que dicen que lleva, nada menos el ramen, que según lleva huevo y arrachera, le ponen 3 cachitos y sin huevo y unos cuantos fideos, también adjunto foto del rollo, risibles las cantidades, casi es arroz todo

Atención: Amables y atentos, sin embargo se nota que una sola persona realiza múltiples actividades(despacho de domicilios, mesero y caja ), lo que hace que se demore un poco la atención o se olvide de algunas cosas.
Comida: tienen variedad de makis, son pequeños y las porciones de proteína son justas, sin embargo tienen diversidad de sabores, se acomoda al precio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quise darle una segunda oportunidad pero la verdad es que los rollos que pides nunca traen por completo lo que especifica en su menú, los hacen muy deficientes de ingredientes por dentro casi una cosita de nada le ponen, tienen mala higiene uno de mis rollos traía cabellos además de que me trajeron un rollo diferente al que pedí. Tienen solo un mesero lo cual hace deficiente el servicio. Su único baño es mixto y siempre huele mal y esta sucio. A la hora de pedir mi cuenta se tardaron bastante en traerla y encima el mesero me trajo la cuenta cobrándome cosas de más y cuando le dije que estaba mal no tardo nada en traerme la cuenta correcta. Eso sí los precios son muy accesibles.

They have only one waiter which makes the service poor. His only bathroom is mixed and always smells bad and dirty. At the time of requesting my bill they took a long time to bring it and on top of that the waiter brought me the bill, charging me extra things and when I told him it was wrong, it didn't take him long to bring me the correct bill. Of course the prices are very affordable.
