Good menu, but poor service in Pachuca and Cdmx. Additionally, in both I ordered the same appetizer and I always arrive after the main dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es razonable, la calidad del producto solía ser buena, sin embargo la atención es pésima. Sinceramente no recomiendo el servicio a domicilio por aplicación UE, RAPPI, etc. Ojalá mejoren ya que la ubicación es buena.
The price is reasonable, the quality of the product used to be good, however the service is terrible. I honestly do not recommend the home service by EU application, RAPPI, etc. I hope they improve as the location is good.

No se respetan los precios de la carta, están ya muy grasientos los rollos, y en el servicio para llevar ponen cantidades muy escasas para 8 rollos. Espero vuelvan a tener la calidad de antes.
I used to come very often because the rolls have a good taste and a great price, but I was disappointed the last time I went. The menu prices are not respected, the rolls are already very greasy, and in the take-away service they put very little quantities for 8 rolls. I hope they return to the quality of before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realicé mi pedido por medio de una aplicación pero tuve que cancelarlo porque me marcaba más de hora y media de espera, quise comunicarme para saber cuánto tiempo más tardaban pero jamás contestaron y sólo me dejaron en visto, es una pena porque los precios se me hicieron razonables pero aún estuviera muy buena la comida en definitiva deja mucho que desear su servicio al cliente, realmente no vale la pena si te van a hacer esperar tanto y menos sin explicación alguna, por lo que veo es algo muy común de este lugar, pésimo! ?
I placed my order through an application but I had to cancel it because I had more than an hour and a half to wait, I wanted to contact them to find out how much longer it took but they never answered and they only left me on seen, it's a shame because the prices were made for me reasonable but it was still very good the food ultimately leaves much to be desired their customer service, it really is not worth it if they are going to make you wait so long and less without any explanation, from what I see it is something very common in this place, lousy ! ?
