★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Lucy Spa first time in Puerto Penasco on 4/13. The massage was very relaxing and the masseuse professional. Lucy the owner is very accommodating, nice, professional and has a fun personality. The spa has a variety of other services( facials, detox etc)and the place is very clean,well decorated and the atmosphere is calming . I highly recommend this spa to anyone who visits Puerto Penasco. Lucy is awesome ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was this place amazing or what? We had a couple's relaxing massage, that was supposed to last 1 hr long but instead was 45 minutes, however it was worth every single second! My husband says the girl he got was not as thorough as the one I got, but who knows, he was still happy with his massage. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK to Lucy's clinica and Spa. Totally awesome. Front office clerk was very nice. Room was incredibly relaxing. Even bathroom was beautiful.. Agh, can't wait to come back!!

Most importantly, it is a family owner business and during these trying times with post COVID 19, Sars-2 restrictions, Lucy has been there for her staff and clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burned my face with the wax and ruined my thick eyebrows. They rushed my facial because I added a wax procedure. The deep tissue massage was not a deep tissue massage. Could constantly hear the staff whispering or mouthing word, which means they were taking their masks off. Never again will I go here.
