Se generó una cita, la cual no consideraron, por lo que, la persona estuvo esperando más de una hora que atendieran, estando en ayunas y teniendo que viajar desde horas antes. El servicio lo pueden mejorar y ser más amables y atentos

Destinan una sala de espera para cada paciente. Dependiendo del tipo de check-up puedes estar de 3-4 horas en el lugar y al finalizar te dan un lunch.
