★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya he entrenado CrossFit anteriormente en black Tomahawk y en 72700 y en cuestion de cercanía y horario LUDUS me queda súper bien. El entrenador es muy bueno y se adapta a tus metas personales. Aparte todo el equipo es nuevo y está muy bien ubicado.

Los coaches son totalmente profesionales, estudian tu condición física y diseñan un plan de entrenamiento a tu medida para que puedas explotar todo tu potencial y rendimiento sin forzarte, te motivan y apoyan para alcanzar cada uno de tus objetivos, además todos los días el entrenamiento es diferente. Las instalaciones y todo el equipo están en óptimas condiciones. En comparación con otros, el ambiente es sumamente agradable te hacen sentir parte de ellos, de una comunidad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent place to practice CrossFit. The coaches are totally professional, they study your physical condition and design a training plan tailored to you so that you can exploit all your potential and performance without forcing yourself, they motivate and support you to achieve each of your goals, in addition every day the training is different. The facilities and all the equipment are in optimal condition. Compared to others, the atmosphere is extremely pleasant, they make you feel part of them, of a community. I highly recommend it.
