D	Dianne Tanner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with a top and pants ordered and picked up Monday....so different from any esperience in the past with clothing bought here.....I oredered a top and pants with butterflies... lavender and pink....both pieces size small.... the top is HUGE and I asked upon looking at it...is this small...it has no marking inside with the normal S ....when ordering style in the color I wanted she only had a M...I am SURE this is the one she painted...with ...get ready for this large ugly red, orange and yellow butterflies...it takes me awhie to process a situation as I am non confrontational and know how hard it has been here for all... I love PV and come here yearly. She knew by my saying out loud YELLOW upon seeing the outfit that it was wrong.. offered to paint over...but what could be doen about the red and orange with orange/yellow along with the full yellow one.... will never go there again. I huge costly mistake
A	Amy Whitney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luisa has a nice selection of shirts, dresses, shalls and pants. She's also very talented at modifying clothing and bathing suits to fit perfectly and has even copied a style of a shirt with a fabric I picked out. Very reasonable rates for her work as a seamstress.

To find that this lovely woman does alterations and can custom make items not available in your size is an added bonus. I look forward to future trips here in years to come.

She had a couple of vacationing ladies in the shop helping her as well when we visitied. A very homey atmosphere and lots of choice. Even a few shirts for men shoppers.

I was just checking today's business hours, but then I saw this-- and I've lowered my opinion even more because of the rudeness displayed by her associate, Corey, who responded to a previous reviewer, a reviewer who offered a legitimate and fair critique, but was personally attacked by Corey, who wrote: """Response from the owner: Too bad. Maybe if you learned the language the people would be able to assist you better. Typical American entitlement. Too lazy to learn the language and too proud to own that it's their own fault...."""" Unacceptable by association.
