★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACTUALIZACIÓN: Si tienen mac no se la dejen!, me instaló mal el teclado y no funcionan los focos de block mayus ni del cargador. Otro técnico que sí sabe me comentó todo lo mal que la dejó. Mucho cuidado con esta persona.

Llevé mi Macbook por un problema de teclado y de encendido que sí me ayudó a reparar, pero me maltrató la base de la mac y no funciona el botón indicador de cargado (que sí funcionaba)… Me ofreció volverla a checar pero después de esperarlo un mes y considerando los riesgos no me parece una buena opción.
La atención es buena pero lástima que Luis no acepte sus errores y no se haga responsable de sus descuidos, ah y no da ningún tipo de recibo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es amable, honesta y profesional, en mi caso se realizó un mantenimiento en general, se cambió el disco duro y expansión de memoria RAM y quedo de lujo mi laptop, Lo mas importante es que personalmente acudí a las instalaciones y pude constatar que el local es sumamente limpio nada que ver con las calumnias que aquí mencionan, sin duda Luka es una gran empresa para mantenimiento de equipo de cómputo.
The attention is friendly, honest and professional, in my case a general maintenance was carried out, the hard drive was changed and the RAM memory expanded and my laptop was left in luxury. The most important thing is that I personally went to the facilities and I was able to confirm that the place is extremely clean, nothing to do with the slander mentioned here, without a doubt Luka is a great company for computer equipment maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough nice things can be said about Luka. He goes above and beyond! He is great with diagnostic and will tell you what’s exactly wrong and if it can be fixed. I was in a real pinch with needing a work laptop fixed and he was flexible about hours and gave me updates as needed. Do not hesitate to leave your computer with him. Trust me you are getting the best service and way better than going to the technology plaza where you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into. Also speaks English really well for those coming from the states that have computer repair needs.
