Carlos Andrés quien se ostenta dueño del lugar Uruapan específicamente es un abusivo, te engaña, te roba y abusa de la confianza que se le deposita Ofrece un servicio que no respeta, le llamas para externar lo que pasó y te cuelga, te bloquea El envío del arreglo lo hace con un taxi local y te cobra 160 cuando la entrega está en la av latino a 30metros del local Le pagas por un arreglo de 24 rosas y manda 6 Antes de pagar por sus servicios le pregunté si las flores eran del día, le compartí de la mala experiencia que he tenido y lo importante que era para mí enviar un arreglo bonito y con flores del día, leo coordiné con una semana de antelación por ende proporcioné Fecha de entrega, hora y lugar Ahhh pero Andres se confió de su memoria y lo envía 3 días antes y descaradamente pretende que Shó cubra el envío de un error que él tuvo, ahhh y su descaro sigue al querer enviar el arreglo con las flores del arreglo que hizo hace 3 días guardó las mismas, cómo iba a perder… cínico. Al final envió lo que quiso a la hora que quiso y como quiso porque tenía que enviar un arreglo de novia … debo entenderle su cero profesionalismo Shá que se agendó con el señor un tipo de arreglo un día y una hora pero en lulé by Cha Uruapan, no sabe Andrés qué es coordinar con antelación ni servicio al cliente menos la honestidad, pero sí sabe de Robo y abuso de confianza en eso es experto.
