★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta Lumen pero en ésta sucursal solo una persona atiende el mostrador, no sé si haya sido por el horario, fui alrededor del mediodía y muy tardado para atender, solo quería preguntar algo pero nadie más se acerca a atender. Aunque la señorita muy amable me atendió y aunque no encontré lo que necesitaba me orientó para conseguirlo.
I love Lumen but in this branch only one person attends the counter, I don't know if it was because of the schedule, I went around noon and it took me a long time to attend, I just wanted to ask something but no one else came to attend. Although the very kind lady attended me and although I did not find what I needed, she guided me to get it.
