★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había muchos papeles que no tenían en existencia pero si accedieron a hacer el pedido para tenermelos 1 semana después. Claro es otra vuelta a 30 minutos de dónde vivo que implica 1 hora de mi tiempo que podría haber ahorrado si hicieran su chamba de estar bien surtidos.
There were many papers that they did not have in stock but they did agree to place the order to have them 1 week later. Of course, it's another 30-minute ride from where I live that implies 1 hour of my time that I could have saved if they did their job of being well-stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes un poco de prisa, NO es el lugar indicado, siempre son súper lentos y la atención es MUY mala.
La última vez que fui, el chico que me atendió, lo hizo de mala gana y súper déspota; parecía que me hacía el favor.
El papel que compro está justo frente al mostrador, pedí 4 láminas y tardaron 25 min en traerlas a pesar de que casi no había gente y ya las había pagado, al momento de pedir tanto a una señorita como al chico que me había atendido que si por favor podían ir a checar cómo iba el pedido, su respuesta fue súper tajante.
De verdad NO vuelvo a poner un pie ahí.
If you are in a bit of a rush, this is NOT the right place, they are always super slow and the service is VERY bad.
The last time I went, the boy who attended me, did it reluctantly and super despot; It seemed like he was doing me a favor.
The paper I buy is right in front of the counter, I asked for 4 sheets and it took them 25 minutes to bring them even though there were almost no people and I had already paid for them, when I asked both a young lady and the boy who had attended me that yes Please could you go and check how the order was going, his response was super blunt.
I really will NOT set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son amables en la atención.. Pero tardan mucho en dar el pedido , yo suelo hacer el pedido por correo, me envían la cotización y hago transferencia para ya nadamás recoger y no tardar mucho a la espera de mi pedido
They are kind in the attention.. But they take a long time to give the order, I usually order by mail, they send me the quote and I make a transfer so that I can just pick it up and it won't take long to wait for my order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Estoy muy decepcionado. Hice y pagué un pedido, me aseguraron que me lo enviarían y no me lo surtieron. Tuve que ir al establecimiento y sólo me dijeron que ya no podían surtirlo. No me llamaron por teléfono aun cuando soy cliente frecuente. Yo estuve llamando y no me respondieron. Sólo enviaron correos (que no vi y acepto mi responsabilidad por ello). Pedí que me regresaran el dinero y me dijeron que tardaría un mes. Buscaré otro proveedor. Me fallaron en mi momento de verdad.
Terrible service. I'm very disappointed. I placed and paid for an order, they assured me they would send it to me and they did not fill it to me. I had to go to the establishment and they only told me that they could no longer supply it. They didn't call me on the phone even though I'm a frequent customer. I was calling and they didn't answer me. They only sent emails (which I didn't see and I accept my responsibility for it). I asked for my money back and they told me it would take a month. I will find another provider. They failed me in my moment of truth.

No vallan no vale la pena hay muchas más opciones con mejor surtido alrededor
(Tiene hasta 50% más elevado el precio de todooooo)
It is not as stocked as you think the name of the store is misleading indeed
They are not worth it there are many more options with a better assortment around
