★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del chavo de mostrador muy bueno, pero esta muy mal su inventario, me vendieron un papel que necesitaba 150 pliegos y en su inventario marcaban 200 pliegos y cuentos que me faltan 32 pliegos.
El encargado o gerente ni la cara me a dado, manda al venderor como culpable, tardaron 40 min para decirme que no estaba completo mi material.
Mandaron al vendedor por los pliegos a republica de salvador llevo 1 hra con 30 min y siguen sin entregarme el material.

 The service of the counter guy is very good, but his inventory is very bad, they sold me a paper that needed 150 sheets and in their inventory they marked 200 sheets and stories that I am missing 32 sheets.
The manager or manager did not give me his face, he sent the seller as the culprit, it took 40 minutes to tell me that my material was not complete.
They sent the seller for the sheets to the republic of Salvador, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes and they still haven't delivered the material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que este lugar es especializado para el papel, sin embargo no saben cómo manejarlo. La mayoría está muy sucio o al momento de despacharlo lo ensucian o doblan (bien se sabe que mucho tipo de papel no debe ir doblado ya que se maltrata y queda inutilizable) sin embargo no les importa. Si es que llegan a ir, lleven algo para transportar el papel, ya que solo te lo dan así.
This place is supposed to be specialized for paper, however they don't know how to handle it. Most are very dirty or at the time of dispatch they get dirty or folded (it is well known that many types of paper should not be folded as it is mistreated and unusable) however they do not care. If they get to go, take something to transport the paper, since they only give it to you like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es pequeño con poco surtido. Oks hasta ahí eso es malo. Pero lo peor es que tienen onda tipo autoservicio para las pocos productos de arte que manejan, al llegar a la caja no hay quien te cobre. El personal cada uno en su cotorreo personal. Y de lo los cortes de papel mejor ni hablamos... Más tardados. Unidad nada recomendable
The place is small with little stock. Ok so far that's bad. But the worst thing is that they have a self-service type vibe for the few art products that they handle, when you get to the checkout there is no one to charge you. The staff each in their personal chatter. And we don't even talk about paper cuts ... More late. Unit not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en varias sucursales cuentan con gran surtido de materiales y cositas curiosas para trabajar en diferentes proyectos, pero el espacio es muy pequeño y oscuro, la experiencia como tal no es taaaan agradable. Y el personal esta un poco disperso, en general son muy amables pero tardan muchísimo en atenderte en mostrador por ejemplo. Digamos que para emergencias y soluciones express a necesidades de papelería es eficiente, para encontrar variedad en material de arte y otros temas mas especiales no tienen gran surtido.
As in several branches they have a large assortment of materials and curious things to work on different projects, but the space is very small and dark, the experience as such is not sooo pleasant. And the staff is a little scattered, in general they are very friendly but they take a long time to assist you at the counter for example. Let's say that for emergencies and express solutions to stationery needs it is efficient, to find a variety of art supplies and other more special topics they do not have a large assortment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen surtido de materiales, buenos precios, tristemente la organización del personal es mala, están dando vueltas constantemente y casi siempre que vengo hay gente esperando y quejándose, ya sea en caja o corte de guillotina, la cuál está luego sin usar aunque haya pendientes. Si se organizan creo tendrían más clientela. La ubicación es muy buena para tan poca gente. Vengo solo cuándo no llevo prisa ya con la idea de estar aquí un Ratito. Échenle ganas.
Very good assortment of materials, good prices, sadly the organization of the staff is bad, they are constantly spinning and almost every time I come there are people waiting and complaining, either in a box or cut of guillotine, which is then unused even if there are pending . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lento el proceso de corte, aún cuando hay poca gente en espera.. llevo casi una hora esperando y no está listo aún mi corte.... Y sólo son 65 hojas de Autocopiante.
El personal es amable, pero me da la impresión de que en esta sucursal los entrenan y apenas están aprendiendo el movimiento.

The staff are friendly, but I get the impression that this branch is training them and they are just learning the movement.
