★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No hacen lo que deben hacer, trabajos de pintura mal hechos. Las aseguradoras no ven por sus clientes. Dan largas y no entregan los carros a tiempo.
Terrible service. They don't do what they're supposed to do, shoddy paint jobs. Insurers do not look out for their clients. They are long and do not deliver the cars on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Me tardaron mes y una semana en cambiar una portezuela y salpicadera y no quedó bien, además no pudieron igualar la pintura.??
I do not recommend it. It took me a month and a week to change a door and a fender and it didn't look good, they also couldn't match the paint.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron del seguro diciéndome que ese era su taller de confianza ya que en el anterior habían hecho un trabajo pésimo, al recibir mi coche no sabía cuál de los dos habia trabajado peor, definitivamente no es recomendable, además de que en este taller le rayaron la pintura al carro y se escusan diciendo que ellos no lo hicieron, le quitaron una lodera al carro y el sr. Jorge quedo en llevarme unas piezas que le quitaron al carro y no lo hizo.
Nada recomendable pésimo trabajo en la reparación y aparte dañaron más el coche y no se hacen responsables.

Jorge agreed to take me some pieces that they took from the car and he didn't do it.
Not recommended at all, lousy repair work and apart from that they damaged the car more and are not responsible.

Me robaron el dinero que tenía en el cenicero, le quitaron grapas que sujetan las calaveras y no las pusieron otra vez, no pusieron tornillos completos, solo los que se veían a simple vista.
De verdad, si los quieren mandar ahí, evitenlo.
Banorte sent me, lousy job.

Dejar una estrella es demasiado lujo para este taller, mi vehículo tiene 2 meses ahí y hoy es día en el que no cuento con una fecha de entrega ni mucho menos un compromiso como tal; argumentos nefastos de escuchar, supuestas piezas que llegan incorrectas y después nuevos requerimientos de piezas porque salió algo extra!! No me quiero imaginar el resultado final..
Appalling!! Leaving a star is too much luxury for this workshop, my vehicle has been there for 2 months and today is the day that I do not have a delivery date, much less a commitment as such; Nefarious arguments to listen to, alleged parts that arrive incorrectly and then new parts requirements because something extra came out!! I don't want to imagine the end result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no fue buena yo llegué ahí por parte del seguro de Banorte, es un taller que ofrece mal servicio y cuando buscas a alguien que te arregle el problema se esconden y no dan la cara, en particular el sr. Jorge Lucio, no contesta las llamadas y si le envías mensaje te deja en visto o te dice que te te regresará la llamada o el mensaje y no lo hace, mi reparación se tardo más del tiempo estimado y cuando me querían entregar tenía detalles y en arreglar los detalles se tardaron otros días más, está claro que no tienen control de calidad y no saben tratar a los clientes, me exigieron el pago del deducible por delante como si les debiera algo a ellos, pero me entregaron cuando quisieron, es una lástima que una aseguradora sería como Banorte trabaje con este taller, si su ajustador les da a escoger les sugiero elijan otra opción
