Sufrimos la pérdida de un familiar muy querido que fue trasladado a Tecuicuilco, un bello poblado cercano a Tetela de Ocampo, pero que carece de nombres de calles porque está prácticamente en las montañas. Un primo mío que vive en EEUU deseaba con mucho fervor poder enviar un arreglo floral ante la imposibilidad de llegar a tiempo al funeral. Contacté a esta floristería y recibí un trato por demás cordial, cálido y humano. Me mandaron de inmediato diversas opciones de arreglos, los puse en aprietos porque no era fácil localizar el sitio para entregar las flores y teníamos el tiempo encima. Se esmeraron tanto que, unos días después supe, llegaron 5 minutos antes de partir al cortejo, y los deudos quedaron sorprendidos y muy agradecidos de haber recibido esas flores de parte de un familiar tan lejano. Fue un detalle hermoso y reconfortante para unos y otros haber recibido y haber podido enviar un presente así en un evento tan trascende. Gracias de nuevo a los encargados de LUMIBA por su excelente atención. I am more than pleased with the service they gave me. They practically made the impossible possible. I live in Mexico City. We suffered the loss of a very dear relative who was transferred to Tecuicuilco, a beautiful town near Tetela de Ocampo, but which has no street names because it is practically in the mountains. A cousin of mine who lives in the US very much wanted to be able to send a flower arrangement because he couldn't make it to the funeral on time. I contacted this florist and received a very cordial, warm and humane treatment. They immediately sent me various arrangement options, I put them in a bind because it was not easy to locate the place to deliver the flowers and we had time on ourselves. They took such pains that, a few days later I learned, they arrived 5 minutes before leaving for the procession, and the relatives were surprised and very grateful to have received those flowers from such a distant relative. It was a beautiful and comforting detail for both of them to have received and been able to send such a present at such a momentous event. Thanks again to those in charge of LUMIBA for their excellent attention.
