Todos los edificios están hechos de tablaroca y en el estacionamiento del sótano hay goteras y estas mancharon mi vehículo. Si muy bonito a simple vista pero son materiales baratos en una colonia chafa y venden o rentan como si fuera zona diamante, la administradora de aquel momento super apática y quería cobrarme extra al mantenimiento porque un día un amigo en la peda saliendo de mi departamento, se cayó en la alberca con ropa y me querían cobrar 4mil pesos de limpieza de alberca. Porqué alguien se metió con ropa de mi departamento, supuestamente eso ensucio exagerado la alberca por lo cual pagaron "según ella" más de 4mil en quimicos. Las horribles escaleras metálicas, si llevas amigas con tacones, todo el condominio se entera. Es tablaroca, se escucha todo.
