★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To make a long story short, I came to Tulum with a broken heart with two girl friends. Tita and her husband who own the b&b were simply amazing and accommodating. We broke our bikes and the next morning they were fixed for us by Tita! We felt like we were staying at a family's home with the amount of welcome and warmth we received. Beautiful place, great and clean rooms. We rented bikes the first day and getting to the city and beach were no problem and a great work out. Safe area as well. We are planning another trip to Tulum and we will be staying there again. Thanks Tita!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tita and her home ! Well i lived in Tulum in several places . Most of Tulum you need a bike , motobike anyway so location is not an issue . Noise is a general problem all over Tulum as its one big construction zone , so next to beautiful taken care of Luna de Aqua . BUT the all over service , the facilities , the sympathetic people around and the breeze (higher floor) at night is amazing . Very private yet serviced . Very comfortable yet Tulum style . All in all a place highly to recommend . Ill be back Tita ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place close enough to town center to walk, or you can flag a taxi a block away. Owner on site all the time. Nice rooms cleaned daily. I spent 6 great days here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15-20 minutes walk to Tulum town center in a recently developed area. New facility, cleaned daily. Bathroom is not fully separated, so there is no "toilet privacy". Owner is on site all the time which can mean there is no privacy at all. She is also very cautious about maintaining perfect cleanness all around the place - you kind of have the feeling that it's only for the eyes, "don't touch"... true for the porch, the pool, the room.
Not true for the bikes that you can rent for 80 pesos a day (meaning old, broken mountain bikes that are about to fall apart - literally).
All in all - nice, clean facility (with some kitchen tools), no privacy, expensive for its location.
