Es muy complicado identificar todas las anomalías de la casa por qué el día que te entregan la casa, mucha gente no se baña en ese momento, no usa los sanitarios en ese momento, no sienta muebles sobre el vitropiso en ese momento, al dia de hoy, ni siquiera han entregado los focos que prometieron, etc. Es importante recalcada que se compra un patrimonio, no un juguete de mercado, las garantías deberían de ser muy robustas. Las únicas vías de acceso son Mariano Hidalgo y Héroe Inmortal, ocasionando bastante tráfico gran parte del día. Además a la fecha no cuenta con servicio de recolección de basura. Como comentario adicional, se nota que Aseo Público no pasa por ahí, ya que los fraccionamientos aledaños lucen bastantes sucios.
