★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lupita's is a place where locals really do eat as well as x-pats looking for a homemade meal to order. My go-to meal is "Sopa Xochitl, Lupe creates each bowl of soup (as well as all other meals), as ordered. Bring a book or a friend to converse with as there is no wi-fi at this time.
Lupe will accommodate special menu requests if possible, I liked to have an egg added to my ham sandwich.
Lupi's homemade salsa is the best ever, mild to warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for breakfast. Everything was delicious. Chilaquiles, coffee and juice. Very tasty food excellent service and not a particularly long wait no I was there with just a couple of other tables. Very clean very nice. Definitely would like to try lunch or more next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have breakfast at Lupita’s almost every day while we are in Zipolite. Food is made fresh right after your order. The prices are extremely affordable and the service provided by Lupita, her husband Sergio and her sister is outstanding. They treat you like family here. The place was also renovated lately with new wooden tables, fans and new cement flooring.
