Terrible experience and only for one person (long black hair) the truth was I had already gone several times to buy they had treated me very kindly, this time said person treated me VERY DESPOTE, as if he were doing me a favor, and when he answered me he didn't even He turned to see me, and in a mocking tone commented "haha those were sold out in half an hour, he turned around and left.!! Very little assortment in tennis and the attention of the workers is as if they were doing you a favor, there are always faces and gestures, very bad service, I even wanted to buy a pair but with the attention I preferred not to. It was even a pair that you can find anywhere. Hopefully they will improve that attention, because the concept of the store is good but the attitude of its staff is the worst.

I like the variety of models that they have available and the best thing is that there are large sizes, although I would like them to work more from the new balance brand, the service is friendly and attentive the prices are acceptable

Terrible store, do not buy here. I bought some sneakers on the page and they didn't fit me, I tried to return them and they refused because the box was damaged, when the package arrived that way. The only thing I wanted was a size bigger...they are scammers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I do not recommend this store. I made a purchase online, the sneakers arrived protected by an additional box to the one with the sneakers, however, the box came SLIGHTLY DAMAGED, and I did not pay attention to this detail. When I measured the shoes, they did not fit me and I immediately requested a size change. First they requested only 3 things: 1. Photo of the ticket you received or confirmation email 2. Photos of all the faces of tennis 3. Photos of the left and right side, front, back, soles and tongues. I sent what was requested, but now they additionally requested photos of the box. I sent them, and since the box showed "damage" they refused to make the change. This was absurd, because in the exchange policies they do not mention that the box must be in pristine condition. Anyway, if you buy online be aware that if you don't stay or like the product you won't be able to change them. In a final email, they "regret" that they couldn't help me, telling me I should have contacted them immediately upon seeing the battered box. If I had contacted them, they would have denied sending the box in those conditions. They weren't going to bother to make a change anyway. Too bad, first and last bad experience in this store.
