We walked on the side street of this building and were curious why that building is staying for so long without being renovated in the very heart of PV Malecon!
Suddenly, we were approached by our real estate agent, telling us that it was finally going to start. We met Jesse and his boss, who showed us units. He and his team are extremely nice and seem to be honest, and we placed an order for one of the pre-construction units. I can't wait to see it been finished with a huge pool, the saltwater huge aquarium. It's only for 35 units!! I highly recommend it if you still can find available unit!
