I hardly ever recommend to anyone, but they surprised me with the quality of pots and plants they have. They also have constant discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio al cliente es pésimo, no responden por whatsapp, no responden por email, por teléfono quedan de marcarte y no lo hacen.
Tardaron más de 1 semana en entregar mi pedido a la empresa de paquetería y ademas enviaron el paquete por flecha amarilla, ellos tardaron otros 15 días en entregármelo.
Their customer service is terrible, they do not respond by whatsapp, they do not respond by email, by phone they are left to mark you and they do not.
It took them more than 1 week to deliver my order to the parcel company and they also sent the package by yellow arrow, they took another 15 days to deliver it to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llevaron un arreglo hasta mi casa y me ayudaron a colocarlo en casa, jamás creí que un servicio pudiera ser tan divertido. Batallamos mucho para subirlo hasta mi departamente pero los chavos fueron muy amables.
They brought an arrangement to my house and helped me put it up at home, I never believed that a service could be so much fun. We struggled a lot to get it up to my apartment but the guys were very nice.

Lo que usted responde...NO es correcto, se le hablo en 3 ocasiones, para confirmar la cita. Hasta la última llamada indicó que estaba muy lejos, y que no podía llegar
Además indican que no se recibió... es totalmente una mentira... NUNCA FUE AL DOMICILIO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una pésima experiencia profesional con ustedes. Si me hubieran atendido con la atención debida desde el inicio, hubieran recordado las especificaciones que les dí sobre la trasplantación que necesitaba.
El tema es que, desde el inicio, todo lo hicieron sin atención. Me hicieron ir a su locación a recoger una base que -por falta de atención- no era la que pedí, y entonces la visita fue en vano. Me dijeron que me la llevarían y simplemente no aparecieron, ni siquiera tuvieron la decencia de avisarme que no llegarían o cancelarme. Tuve que llamar yo para preguntar, y al día siguiente, llegaron tarde y sin los materiales para realizar el trabajo que habíamos acordado.
Tal vez ustedes no lo respeten, pero mi tiempo, el de mi familia y nuestras expectativas son muy valiosas, y justo por eso acudimos a ustedes; porque erróneamente creí que eran la mejor opción y la más profesional, pero me equivoqué.

The point is that, from the beginning, everything was done without attention. They made me go to their location to pick up a base that - due to lack of attention - was not the one I asked for, and then the visit was in vain. They told me they would take it to me and they just didn't show up, they didn't even have the decency to tell me they wouldn't be arriving or cancel me. I had to call myself to ask, and the next day, they arrived late and without the materials to carry out the work we had agreed to.
You may not respect it, but my time, that of my family and our expectations are very valuable, and that is precisely why we come to you; because I mistakenly believed that they were the best and most professional option, but I was wrong.
