El pan no se pone duro rápido como el de otras panaderías, el trato de los vendedores es buena también, lo único que no me gusta es que no abren los miércoles. I give it 5 stars because the bread is of VERY GOOD QUALITY, only for demanding people and they like to eat good bread, it is not cheap. Debes conformarte con el pan que hay, no con el que quieres, a un precio elevado, y la persona que despacha primero atiende sus asuntos personales y después, si le queda tiempo, vende. No se paga tanto por comprar lo que uno no quiere, caro y, además, con un servicio que te hace sentir que te hacen el favor. No vale la pena. Hay mejores panaderías artesanales en Mérida. Llegamos antes del horario de apertura y nos dio mucho gusto que abrieron con puntualidad inglesa exactamente a las 9:30 a.m. Nos interesó el pan de semillas, el foccacio de tomate y unos roles con chocolate y guayaba, los cuales estaban literalmente saliendo del horno.
