Terrible attitude of the clerk, they should train the staff in terms of treatment and customer service, I have been buying the brand for more than 20 years and I had NEVER found a store where the employees do not want to work with so much cynicism...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal atiende muy amablemente y me hicieron la prueba pero no me comentaron que requería otro tipo de lente, por lo que acudí de nuevo porque no podía ver correctamente de cerca y la encargada fue grosera, altanera, y hasta cierto punto burlona comentando que por mi edad tenía problemas visuales. Pero justo por ello acudí a una óptica, no para recibir este pésimo pésimo servicio.
The staff is very kind and they did the test but they didn't tell me that I needed another type of lens, so I went again because I couldn't see properly up close and the person in charge was rude, arrogant, and to a certain point mocking, commenting that my age I had visual problems. But that's exactly why I went to an optician, not to receive this lousy lousy service.
