They do a excellent job to my hair, I've been going for 6 years and I always come out with the best makeover. Also the personal it's so kind.

This place is fantastic! If you’re looking to get hair extensions done by a professional, I highly recommend the salon. Ask for Yesenia (AKA Yess); she is incredible and has about 16 years of hair extension experience! She will also dye your hair color and the extensions to match your hair. Be careful!!!! This salon behaved me in the most disrespectful way! They told me price and when I Cosme they double the price 4 times , after that they made my hair be blue !!! For fix it they made my hair yellow and green and made a big damage to my hair!! After all they didn’t fix my hair and i paid twice , in another salon !

I decided to write this review, because the situation is too insulting. 10 days ago I was in this salon with my mom. We paid about 6,000 pesos for hair coloring and manicures. Our hair was beautifully colored and the attitude was great. The manicures was very bad, they did it for 2 hours, the gel polish did not lay flat, the manicurist, with a displeased look, remade one finger, and left the rest crooked and poorly processed. We were very tired and just left, but after a couple of days the gel polish began to fall off (!). What can I say... For the cost in this salon, the procedures must be of appropriate quality. But in reality, the manicure was done as badly as I have never been done in any other salon or country. The price for it was not announced in full, but rather correctly. They wrote to me that manicure is 250 pesos, gel polish is 210. In fact, they billed for 280 + 280 and another 70 for something in total: 630 pesos for a manicure with burrs, dropping in a couple of days. I highly do not recommend getting a manicure in this salon.

It is hard to find a place where the service is good & the prices are affordable. Luxe Hair & Beauty Salon is neither. I wanted to try this place out since it has a high rate in Google but noticed a lot of bad reviews, still, I decided to give it a shot. Now I can say without a doubt that it was easily the worst haircut I ever got in my life! The hostess service was very nice but the hairdresser CARLOS was very inattentive and careless with my hair, his result was uneven & messy. Knew right away I had to go to somewhere else to do damage control. My recommendation, visit Karina Garanzuay Salon @ Plaza Palma Real, Av Las Torres.

I strongly recommend this salon. They accommodated me on short notice. The energy is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Diana is at the front desk & speaks English very well. Yess installed hair extensions for me perfectly. She is very talented and obviously takes pride in her work. I am very happy and will certainly be returning to salon.

I was lucky to get an appointment at short notice with the salon. I found them really professional. I got a hair cut with Jorge and even though there was a language barrier with my poor Espanol, the two receptionists had excellent English and translated. I was really happy with the cut and have finally got my bangs in better shape, after a bad experience in another salon. I just washed it again today and it's so easy to manage. Thank you guys. I will be back. Happy new year :)

Luxe Hair & Beauty Salon in Cancun is great! The staff is thoughtful and careful, they don't whip through haircuts like it has been my experience in other places including some places in the United States. They spend time with their clients and will make time make adjustments when needed. No rush, great style, trust them with your head! My hair needs are very unique and intense and I can't be more thankful that I met hairdresser Jorge. I’ve been seeing Jorge here for my color, cut, styling and all my hair needs for over a year. No matter where I move in the world, I still go to see him. The salon is friendly and cozy, and who can complain about a cup of coffee, soda or tea while enjoying all my beauty process. Jorge is fantastic and saved my hair who someone else totally ruined. I did not even have to cut it. He is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. His color correction is totally amazing and I always have great time too. I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. These professional stylists are amazing. I have become part of their art ?
