★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como proveedor de soporte técnico y reporte de fallas de aparatos el servicio es pésimo. Tienes que estar detrás de ellos, el seguimiento es nulo y no te dan solución. Mil pretextos para justificar su tardanza, siempre es culpa de proveedores externos.
As a provider of technical support and device failure reporting, the service is appalling. You have to be behind them, the follow-up is null and they give you no solution. A thousand excuses to justify your delay, it is always the fault of external suppliers.
