Primero la vendedora, Angélica Escutia, aseguró un precio que un mes más tarde no fue el verdadero, pues no incluía todo lo que había prometido por "confusiones dentro de la empresa". Ya entrado el uso del departamento, resultó que una agente le decía una cosa al arrendador, y a mí como arrendado me decían otra en términos de tiempo. Al querer rescindir el contrato, la vendedora de parte del arrendador dijo que efectivamente ella comunicó otra cosa y lo único que hicieron fue "disculparse". NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE SERVICIO. No son profesionales y no tienen mecanismos de resolución de problemas internos de su empresa.
I had several problems throughout hiring your services. First, the seller, Angélica Escutia, assured a price that a month later was not the true one, because it did not include everything she had promised due to "confusion within the company." Once the use of the apartment was entered, it turned out that an agent said one thing to the landlord, and to me as a tenant they told me another in terms of time. When wanting to rescind the contract, the seller on behalf of the landlord said that indeed she communicated otherwise and all they did was "apologize." I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING. They are not professionals and do not have internal problem solving mechanisms for their company.
