It is located in the town of Amatlán about 15 minutes from Tepoztlan. The place is fine but somewhat neglected, we went through the Temazcal which was a great experience but schedules were not respected and we had to leave before it was over. I recommend it if you are looking for a unique Temazcal experience at an affordable price.

Without a doubt it is the worst "hotel" in which I have stayed, I want to do service to the community and invite them not to be cheated by this place. They charged us $ 1,100 for one night when this place should not charge us $ 200 for the precarious condition of their rooms (I add photos). The lousy service, does not include even a glass of water. The parking lot arrived from wood and the man in charge of opening the door with a disastrous attitude leaving his truck through the exit. It is a pity that there are places like these that are dedicated to swindling those who give their vote of confidence. Summing up the bad condition of the rooms: incomplete bathroom, has no privacy when only having half a wall, no hot water and no door lock, uncomfortable beds with sheets in poor condition, broken mosquito net, dirty and neglected floors, old curtains and incomplete that do not cover the entire room, door in poor condition for the entry of insects. Seriously, for your sake do not go! Greetings.

The place is a fraud: the sheet metal of the room does not work, we had to enter through the window to access the room. They don't have a kitchen, the place is very run down and they don't maintain it. To go out to eat there is nothing close. There's no Privacity. Activities, like the temazcal, are embarrassing and expensive. I do not recommend it at all.

Photos are TOO misleading, MISLEADING ADVERTISING. It is too expensive for what they offer: nothing. Just for the accommodation it was more than $ 1600 for 3 people. When I arrived there was no one at the reception, afterwards they showed me the spaces and the terrace seemed abandoned, the rooms were super dusty, the beds were hard, old, the sheets smelled of sweat. The bathroom was super austere and flooded. The towels stained and smelled ugly. They only gave me a soap and a roll of paper. I was left alone because if I canceled they would charge me for everything. I wouldn't pay $ 300 a night. It has nothing holistic about it. They wanted to charge me very expensive for the temazcal and the hydromassage tub that comes out there, I never saw it. The only redeemable thing is that they were friendly.

Beautiful space, there is a temazcal, a pool, beautiful gardens and an incredible view of the mountains. It is a Holistic center, where they welcome you at home, (it is not a hotel) with highly trained people in these issues, Aura photography, I recommend taking advantage of these therapies that are so special and difficult to find.
