★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente era un lugar descuidado, se le da el nombre para conmemorar los decesos ocurridos en el trágico suceso del 4 de noviembre del 2008 cuándo el aeronave donde viajaba Juan Camilo Mouriño quien en ese entonces fungía como el secretario de gobernación en México. El parque es rehabilitado con este fin, sin embargo desde el 2015 está bajo el cuidado de la administración de la Torre Virreyes buscando mitigar el impacto ambiental que provocó la construcción de la mencionada torre. Mantienen al parque en muy buenas condiciones.
Previously it was a neglected place, it is given the name to commemorate the deaths occurred in the tragic event of November 4, 2008 when the aircraft where Juan Camilo Mouriño was traveling, who at that time served as the secretary of government in Mexico. The park is rehabilitated for this purpose, however since 2015 it is under the care of the administration of the Virreyes Tower seeking to mitigate the environmental impact caused by the construction of the aforementioned tower. They keep the park in very good condition.

Poco iluminado por las noches pero bonitas luces de color que lo adornan.
A fairly calm and quiet park to go out to relieve office stress.
