Me vendieron unos Leds que para nada funcionaban bn con mi camioneta. En la noche prácticamente era nula la visión que ofrecía la luz de éstas. Regresé y “lo ajustaron”, pero nuevamente se veía igual, me dijeron era era por la lupa de mi faro. Me sugirieron que volviera después para que me vendieran otro producto de mayor fuerza. Tuve que comprar el foco en otro lugar porque manejar en las noches me resultaba peligroso. Al volver a ir para regresarles el producto (con ticket en mano) me dijeron que no daban devoluciones y que no podían hacer nada. Al preguntar por el dueño, me indicaron que no le podían llamar, que no tenían su número. Prácticamente me parece una estafa. El encargado en todo momento se notó antipático y carente de interés por la satisfacción del cliente. Procederé ante Profeco por la negativa de devolución de mi dinero, puesto que el producto está en su caja y prácticamente no se uso. Avoid this place. The service is lousy.
