I took to record some plates and they all went wrong, they did not want to replace the material according to their policies, so if you take something to cut or record and they ruin it, it is not their fault or responsibility ... for having known about this "policy" at least I wouldn't risk it, I prefer to go with someone who guarantees their work and is professional, so I lost my money because I had to buy more material, I lost my time and also my client, NOTHING PROFESSIONALS. Many services but bad prices and bad delivery! Several colleagues had the same job with some design variations with measurements of 15x15cm to cut in vinyl, and they ended up charging me $ 35 for a poorly cut yellow vinyl that did not even go through the plotter, because it is seen that they even marked it with pencil to cut manual and wrong. They didn't even give me a ticket because they said their printer didn't work ... I called to ask the reason why another colleague had been charged $ 20 and his answer was for the design difference which ... is understood. But when I went to pick them up they told me it was because he had gone earlier, that is, the later you go, the more expensive they will charge you. And also that it had come out "cheap" because others had even been charged $ 65 for each one ... and then if others, it was better to go somewhere else. Where they were charged $ 50 in total. So if so, they would have charged me $ 65 for a vinyl painting without going through the plotter and badly cut? I can't imagine if I would have needed more than 1, and the other 2 designs that I asked were wrinkled ... What a pity, I went because they were specialized in vinyl, and it ended up being that other places do charge you fairly and even deliver the work better.
